Small Group Yoga Therapy Sessions for Back Pain
6 small group online yoga therapy sessions with up to six participants in each term, plus half an hour one-to-one introductory meeting with your yoga therapist.
This is the session for you if you suffer from continued pain in any region of the back (not just lower back). You might find that the pain moves from one region of the back to another, or that you have generalised back pain that can be due to any cause.
The session will help you to relax your body and mind, reduce stiffness and improve overall mobility. We will work with simple, gentle movement and breathing to activate the relaxation response and settle the nervous system. We will also share information with you about diet and lifestyle practices that will help with wellbeing and self-management of your pain. Click here to learn more.

Available times: Thursdays 11.00 - 12.00pm / Saturdays 10.00 - 11.00am)
The term will start when at least 3 people sign up for the sessions.
The payment is for 6 one-hour small group sessions (worth £160) plus a 30-minute one-to-one introductory meeting with your yoga therapist (worth £30).
